After you order and purchase your new steel building from us, and we have received a verified 25% deposit along with your documentation, our process begins right away. A full set of accurate and easy-to-read standard engineering drawings will be sent to you in a few days. ( Your local building code may require a set of engineered stamped drawings, we can provide them ). Some states even require a stamped set of drawings with calculations, we have those also. A second copy of the itemized materials list or order information will be accompanied with your blueprints. The building package itself will now go into production. Once the manufacturing facility receives digital confrmation of the building specifications from LTH Steel Structures Inc., the process is placed and the manufacturers cannot stop the building process, all work is sequenced by scheduling! The shipment will be arriving by freight truck within 4 to 6 weeks typically, depending on the size of your building. Longer time frames can be set by you, for perhaps additional planning needed before your shipment arrives, we can extend delivery times if needed. When your new building arrives to your job site on the scheduled due date, the driver will give you a shipping, or packing list. Take your copy of the itemized materials list and compare it with the shipping list as you take inventory of the building components. Its a very good idea to put the parts and sections around the site for easy access ). All boxes should be sealed.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU INVENTORY YOUR BUILDING SYSTEM Immediatly apon arrival. ( If any items are missing ) write down the missing item on the shipping list, and your materials list so you can report it immediatley to LTH Steel Structures Inc., by calling the toll free number. This is rare, but occasionally this can happen, so reporting it promptly lets us resolve the problem, and not letting it interfere with the building process. We can allow up to 24 hours to report any missing or damaged items in sealed boxes or containers only. We cannot oversee your jobsite therefore we cannot be held responsible for any shortages or damaged items after delivery. Reporting these items promptly is very important!

Registration for a building permit with your local county is and easy an normal process . This protects you and your neighbor. Some counties do not require a permit, but most do. Be sure and contact your local building dept, and they will inform you of any codes or documentation needed! ( LTH Steel Structures Inc. can assist you with this if needed ). Building codes and zoning regulations are primarily to help assist you with size, design, property boundries, appearance and structural guidelines to insure a safe and attractive building for you or the world to enjoy! Be sure and know in advance, if you are going to have any plumbing, electrical, air condition(HVAC), or added features to your building, so you may obtain required permits along with your main building permit!

After the initial purchase and confirmation of payment recieved on your building , your information is automatically entered into our database. A full set of easy-to-read architectual drawings will be sent to you within a week. If engineer stamped drawings or special requested drawings are required by your local officials, per codes, this may take a little longer to receive. All of our drawings are engineered to your specifications that you previously submitted on your order form. The plans and blueprints are computer generated and very accurate. We do supply anchorbolt drawings, but do not supply foundation drawings, because these types of drawings are based on your soil type for your local area, and only your local county engineer knows the conditions. When you receive your preliminary engineered drawings from LTH Steel Structures on the type and size of your building, your local county will inform you what the criteria's are for your building foundation. This will determine what type of foundation or slab to use. Example: depth or width of concrete, ( pier form, monolythic form, steel reinforcment, and also what ( psi )or strength of concrete to use, all depending on your soil conditions.

After you have chosen your building package from LTH Steel Structures Inc. , we can validate your order with a 25% deposit of the full purchase price quoted on the buyers itemized price list. 25% is pretty much a standard in the steel building industry. When your shipment arrives on the scheduled due date, the balance needs to be paid in full. Our company will accept a bank cashier's check for the remaining balance on the spot of delivery, but cannot release the shipment until the driver receives the payment. We provide other options of payment also, for your convenience.
